location are amazing, just on the beach area, the more familly part of Benidorm
first of all none of the rooms they give us did not look like the pictures that we chose the room by. the first room we got was that small, just half step around the bed and that's all, no posible to open and fix the two medium and two small lagage we travel with. after a conversation they accept to change our room, and the second room was bigger size but again nothing similare with the photos that we see when we make the booking, the hotel is very old and the furnishing also. the room was not well cleaned, although the cleaning staff was extremely courteous and polite, most probably there is very few people for this amount of work. the water in the bathroom enters the room every time someone is in the shower. I explained in advance by email that it is important for the bed to be one big as it is on the reservation and not two coupled ones as I have back pain and also sleep problems - the hotel manager explained to me that these beds were only given to mothers with small babies who made sure to book them in advance, but me myself also make a special request, booking.com have to informing them clients for that fact. also the lady told me that the rooms with sofa are only for booking of more than two persons in the same room - but on the photos the double room are very clear showed with sofa and desk. our reservation was for a room overlooking the sea but we probably got the only room behind the trees from which to see the sea you have to stand at one end of the terrace. breakfast is within normal range, do not expect anything special just the usual main menu, but finding a table is difficult and certainly if you find it you will have to clean it when you sit down, coffee machines usually do not work. we paid for a four star hotel but for me this hotel should not be more than three stars.and if you are spanish you are more likely to get a better room. the price of more than 200 euro per night for sure did not responding with the serviceableness of the hotel.

The staff from the reception wasn’t friendly. Also on booking it is written check in at 14:00, and at the hotel told us that check in is after 15:00, so we had to wait

Aircon was good and wifi was good.reception staff very helpful. Pool was really good.lovely view from balcony.
Would be good to see 3 more english channels on tv these being itv. channel 4.and channel 5.most people who visit from the uk would enjoy this when relaxing in room after being out for a period of time.
