„Dank Lage des Hotels, herzliche Mitarbeiterinnen und gute Restaurants ein schöner Urlaub.

Die Lage des Hotels: Der Strand und das Meer sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Maria Angeles vom Buffet/Morgenessen sowie Monica und Veredas (Zimmerreinigung) waren aufgestellt, zuvorkommend, freundlich und absolut professionell! Alle drei haben unseren Aufenthalt erleichtert und waren ein stetiger Aufsteller!

Im Restaurant hat es viel zu wenig Personal, die viel zu viele Stunden ohne Pause arbeiten müssen und selten frei haben. Als Gast ist das nicht schön mit anzusehen. Man merkt bald, dass überall gespart wird, nicht nur am Personal: Die Qualität des Essen war vor 3 Jahren viel besser. Die Badezimmer, die Strandtücher, Teppiche und vieles mehr ist langsam aber sicher in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool-Bereich wurde stark verkleinert und man fühlt sich nicht mehr wohl: Die Liegestühle liegen eng aneinander gereiht. Der Wiesenbereich mit den Palmen wurde an das sich im Bau befindende Nachbargrundstück verkauft. Die besagte Baustelle stört sowohl wegen des Anblicks als such wegen des Lärmes.

„Alles was man braucht, wenn auch zu teuer

sehr netter check in, sehr bemüht. gute Lage, sauberes kleines Strandhotel in guter und nicht überfüllter Gegend, gemütliche Ecke, angenehme Leute, man hat alles was man braucht

Das Kantinenklima beim Frühstück, laut polternde Geschirrwagen und Abräumaktionen, der Grund weswegen wir auf das Abendbrotbüfett gleich verzichtet haben zu teuer für das veraltete Ambiente, was durchaus seinen Charme hatte aber dennoch zu teuer

Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr gutes Essen.Dazu noch eine traumhafte , ruhige Lage und dennoch nicht weit entfernt vom turbulenten Benidorm City.

Das Jacuzzi war voll mit lärmenden Kindern und somit nicht nutzbar für Erwachsene.

„Das "Grand" ist sehr übertrieben.

Das "Grand" ist sehr übertrieben. Mussten sogar im Voraus bezahlen um Reklamationen vorzubeugen. Das Fenster ließ sich nicht verriegeln 1.Stock, Balkon konnte somit jeder leicht einsteigen. Meer Blick na ja. seitlich über die Zufahrt zwischen Hotels durch.

location are amazing, just on the beach area, the more familly part of Benidorm

first of all none of the rooms they give us did not look like the pictures that we chose the room by. the first room we got was that small, just half step around the bed and that's all, no posible to open and fix the two medium and two small lagage we travel with. after a conversation they accept to change our room, and the second room was bigger size but again nothing similare with the photos that we see when we make the booking, the hotel is very old and the furnishing also. the room was not well cleaned, although the cleaning staff was extremely courteous and polite, most probably there is very few people for this amount of work. the water in the bathroom enters the room every time someone is in the shower. I explained in advance by email that it is important for the bed to be one big as it is on the reservation and not two coupled ones as I have back pain and also sleep problems - the hotel manager explained to me that these beds were only given to mothers with small babies who made sure to book them in advance, but me myself also make a special request, booking.com have to informing them clients for that fact. also the lady told me that the rooms with sofa are only for booking of more than two persons in the same room - but on the photos the double room are very clear showed with sofa and desk. our reservation was for a room overlooking the sea but we probably got the only room behind the trees from which to see the sea you have to stand at one end of the terrace. breakfast is within normal range, do not expect anything special just the usual main menu, but finding a table is difficult and certainly if you find it you will have to clean it when you sit down, coffee machines usually do not work. we paid for a four star hotel but for me this hotel should not be more than three stars.and if you are spanish you are more likely to get a better room. the price of more than 200 euro per night for sure did not responding with the serviceableness of the hotel.

The staff from the reception wasn’t friendly. Also on booking it is written check in at 14:00, and at the hotel told us that check in is after 15:00, so we had to wait

Aircon was good and wifi was good.reception staff very helpful. Pool was really good.lovely view from balcony.

Would be good to see 3 more english channels on tv these being itv. channel 4.and channel 5.most people who visit from the uk would enjoy this when relaxing in room after being out for a period of time.

Good base to visit area in land

Location was good, the bar areas were comfortable and the bar and restaurant service

The car parking was over priced for the location and time of year, the street parking was free.. The room was opposite another apartment block with shops and had no privacy curtain fitted which meant the black out curtains had to be drawn all the time and the light on.

The location of this Hotel is amazing, right across from the beach and beside a few restaurants and shops - but very quiet at night. Would recommend. 20min walk to the old town.

A good walk from the centre approx 30 minutes the fact that all drinks including water were chargeable at meal times only at breakfast was orange juice and champagne free

Peace, quiet and class if you want it. Benidorm if you don't

Cannot fault any of the staff. All were excellent. Hotel is at the very quietest end of Benidorm (if there is such a thing !) which we loved. If you are looking to be amongst the madness this hotel is not for you, But if you want a fantastic hotel, feet from a lovely beach within striking distance of all Beniform has to offer, it is perfection.

The Gran Delfin is a comfortable low rise hotel located at the far end of the Pontiente beach.Its position just across road from the beach is excellent.The hotel has a great patio area looking directly onto the beach.Staff were invariably helpful and knowledgable.

La tranquilidad tambien existe en Benidorm.

La ubicacion es muy buena para el estilo de alojamiento que buscamos. La cocina muy buena con gran variedad de platos. La conexion con el transporte publico esta muy bien con la parada del bus tan cerca del hotel

Los mosquitos que sobrevolaban sobre la comida y que nos picaron tanto en la habitacion como en las hamacas de la piscina asi como en la terraza del bar. El somier de la cama tenia alguna lamina suelta y se hundia un poco.
